Welcome to anyone even reading this! This will be sort of an introduction-post!
Surely we've all felt like sharing something that's been on our chests, bothering us, or simply an achievement we want to share with someone. Or in my case, share it with the infinite void called The internet!
On days where everything just seems too much, too overwhelming or nights when it gets too quiet. Whatever it is that keeps you up at night or makes it feel impossible to get up in the mornings:
These feelings are valid, and sometimes even necessary for us to move on from whatever has been keeping us down. Take your time, go for a walk, or listen to your favorite songs. It is in these moments of weakness that we can truly see ourselves and grow to appreciate the very flaws we seem to despise about ourselves
It is not in our nature to truly be satisfied, that is the very reason we strive to be the best version of ourselves we can be. We should learn how to deal with our moments of Anger, Jealousy, Grief and Pain in ways that benefit us and the people around us, for we are a social species, with deeply emotional bonds to nature. Do not repress your natural reactions. Channel them into something that you enjoy and don't let your humanity drown in those negative emotional states we often see as weakness.
For me, it's writing down the experiences i live through, documenting my emotional phases to better understand why I enjoy some, and dislike other activities. I encourage everyone reading this to find something like that, be it in writing, sports, reading or listening to an album you love. No matter what, your feelings will always be your own. Never let other dictate what you should feel.
